Shipping and return policies are subect to change based  manufacturer requirements.  Defective products will be returned  in original packaging, with all accessories and owners manual, per the instructions and to  address provided when RA number is obtained.  Returned item(s) must include a note explaining the problem.  Defective items will be replaced or repaired.  Please allow 1weeks for processing.  Returns sent COD "will not" be accepted.  To obtain an "RA" (return authorization) number, email us at onesix@embarqmail.com  you will receive an RA number which will need to be printed clearly on the outside of the package being returned.  RA numbers are valid for 14 days.
